FACT: Dryer sheets and scent boosters are one of the most toxic items in our home.
Your skin is your largest organ in your body. The things you put onto your skin DO ABSORB INTO YOUR BODY. (this is why some hormonal treatments are applied topically for example).
I used to get hives in the areas where a sports bra and tight fitting clothing would touch my body when I would sweat from working out. I was having an allergic reaction to my laundry products.
While I was able to easily make some changes, the truth is I didn't realize what it was at first.
Once I did finally realize it, and learned more about it, I was so beside myself that these toxic chemicals (read the ingredients and look up the side effects - you will see how awful they are).
If you dont want to mix with salt, you can apply them to wool dryer balls too.
These help curb odors from stinky boys, stinky dogs, and stinky towls that get put into the hamper still wet.

Ladies (and guys) I think its pretty safe to agree that a nice foot scrub can be so refreshing and invigorating.

A couple years ago my son Easton was having bad dreams at night.
Because of his bad dreams he didnt want to fall asleep in his own bed/room..
We created a gentle spray that we called "Good Dream Spray"... this was a spray that was calming (we used #lavender and #romanchamomile in his blend) and we chose NOT to call it nightmare spray, monster spray etc since your subconscious mind doesn't process negatives... so if we had him think of a monster before bed it would remind him... so we set the #intention for good dreams and a restful nights sleep.
