Sometimes we have to balance things…
I just got off the phone with my coach and we talked about how I’ve been running my TWO businesses (yes I also co-own an almost 10yo electrical company) with babies on my hip.
I had started implementing childcare last year but it was 3-4hours every Thursday. This was enough time for a riding lesson with my horse and ONE interview of my podcast, Moms Making Money Show.
Coach Jamie: wait what!? You’ve been running this shiz WITHOUT FULL TIME childcare!!!???
Yes! I did and I had struggles and revelations along the way. I was a nap time warrior!
I worked in the crevices- naps, evenings while kids were asleep and hubby watched sports, and every other nook and cranny I could find.
Starting next week my sweet little matty has 3 educational play dates at his brothers school. They will both attend on a super part time basis, but this allows me the time I need to focus and get things in order and REALLY scale my business.
Now- don’t think it was easy- it wasn’t.
But- it was also a lot of fun! A lot of learning! And even just in October I had a $17k (in sales) month.
So when I teach my clients who most of them are busy moms – I teach from the place in my heart who has been living in the trenches – I GET IT!!
There were quite a few reasons why I didn’t enroll more regular childcare sooner… ??♀️ mom guilt being the biggest one (that’s a whole other post) fear and others.
Because I have a genuine passion for helping other BOSSES like you… and I have a true skill with my expertise in Business (loads of experience and a degree too) this helped me navigate my way through the chaos and get my message out in to the world!
So why am I sharing this?
Because I learned a ton from working like this last year, including a bunch of lessons on what not to do. These are things I openly pass on to my clients and all of you.
So when your heart says YES getting your action to say yes too makes all the difference.
The doors are open for my highest level mastermind where EVERYTHING I know and teach is given to you – including 1:1 support for an entire 6 months. This is going to be my biggest launch yet and it’s going to be off the hooks FUN and of course a total biz intensive!
