Just a few days I ago I was feeling like having a meltdown… ? Things weren’t going as planned.
I was trying to simultaneously focus on biz and keeping my little ones entertained and it just didn’t work.?
I was stressed, they weren’t having fun and I thought my biz was gonna crumble because I had to stop a video midway…?♀️
Here’s the thing –
I simply DECIDED to do my videos later in the day when it DID WORK.
I also decided to bring in a Mother’s Helper (aka friend) super part time so I can have a little time at the gym and a little quiet and focused time for my growing business.
This will be 6-9hrs a week. And NO I do not feel guilty.
A year ago I would have been (and was) riddled with guilt. After all I was a “stay at home mom” how dare I ask for help??♀️
I’m a mom yes, and I love my kids fiercely! We have so much fun together and we all have a great life.
But I’m also a business owner.??
I’m also Amie- ?♀️a woman, an individual, a human with my own unique needs and interests
It is perfectly ok for me to have a few hours to myself each week to workout and focus on my business and clients.
Yes I have my babies with me almost every waking moment- but I am giving myself permission to do what I feel needs to be done to take care of myself, my health, my clients, and better show up for these sweet faces everyday!!!?
Do you feel guilt about your business in any area?
